We managed to successfully charge, after contacting the local authority (Ajuntament) via their WhatsApp contact number (+34 621 246 249). Apparently a card is required, but they were not able to confirm which network this point is compatible with.

Para activar el punto de carga con la app descargada pone que hay que conectar al wifi del punto, con contraseña 12345678. Pero no aceptó esta contraseña, así que no pudo hacer que funcionar
