Customer service specialist eMobility

The Role:

Electromaps is looking for a new technical service specialist in eMobility with English & Spanish. As a technical Service Specialist with English & Spanish, you are responsible for the second level support to customers and partners. Also of the deliveration to the customer the solution configured and working as they require. You will join an international team and become part of an innovative and forward thinking company.


  • Solve customer cases and issues via info requests, phone calls and emails
  • Become an expert in using our software environment (APP, Manager platforma to manage charge points for electric vehicle and other products)
  • Manage after sales with customers: start-ups of charge points, solve technical problems, support on integrations, support on the configuration, etc.
  • Dispatch non-solved issues to Engineering team
  • Dispatch issues with Operations, Customer service, sales and engineering.
  • Provide internal feedback for improvements
  • Test hardware and software before market launch
  • Attract new customer and share data with the Sales team
  • Provide training for new colleagues

Senior IOS Developer

The Role:

We are looking for a highly driven, consumer oriented iOS developer to join our growing Engineering team. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablets. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and the creation of quality products is essential.

Project Manager

The Role:

Electromaps is looking for a new Project Manager for key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
