Luzes vermelhas nas duas tomadas, tentado iniciar carregamento , procedimentos não reportam erro e até trancam cabo mas carregador não fornece energia

Carreguei hoje nele, com sucesso! Contudo, o écran está bastante obscurecido, mesmo à noite e com retroalimentação.. Não será contudo problema se se conhecer a sequência de teclas de memória.
