Un usuario lo deja iniciando un día completo y directamente no se puede cargar. Increíble que haya usuarios tan egoístas.
Se activa con cualquier tarjeta con microchip.
Al parecer se necesita una tarjeta que te suministra el Ayto para poder activarlo, aunque no lo especifica por ningún sitio. En el punto A había un VE cargando.
Pide tarjeta, pero no especifica cuál. Así que no puedo usarlo.
