Warning: need card from municipality to charge. I could actually open the charger with a Dutch card but once my cable was inserted it locked and would not release my cable whatever I tried

De momento si; Ahora lo estoy probando y me ha abierto el poste, tanto la azul ( LIVE BCN ), comuna del Carrefour Cabrera. Digo de momento porque hoy mismo he habado de este tema con la Regidora correspondiente del Ayuntamiento
