Muy lentos
Según indican tienen 22.0 kW de carga pero son tremendamente lentos
No funciona
No funciona. Ya me he marchado. Si la operación es iniciar la carga primero y conectar el cable después, como después he leído en los comentarios, lo podrían indicar. La atención al cliente de Endesa mal, he tenido que esperar mucho rato hasta que me han atendido. La del parking, peor, que no me ha sabido indicar dónde estaban los puntos de carga: me decís que planta 1 y están en el 2 y encima me ha colgado sin terminar la conversación
Finalmente he podido cargar. Se tiene que activar el cargador, por ejemplo el 2218 y despues elegir el plug A o B, en la aplicación indica 1 o 2 representa A o B en el cargador, y se pone en azul el punto elegido. Luego hay que conectar con el cable el coche y luego el Cargador, darle tiempo para que inicie y luego ves en el coche que se pone a cargar. Operación unos 3 minutos entre activar, conectar y iniciar. Diferente que los cargadores de los pueblo Tipo Circutor que conectas primero el coche, activas con el llavero y luego conectas al cargador.
Si no podéis recargar aquí recomiendo los cargadores de SMOU de Diagonal que están muy cerca y van muy bien si ya estáis registrados en la aplicación pero solo puedes estar 30 min.
Problemas para activar el punto 2218 y 2118 con la aplicacion, no me lo activa con mensaje de "problema para iniciar vuelvalo a intentar más tarde" y lo intentas varias veces y nada. Lo mejor es que se active con código QR pero al llamar me dicen que todavía no lo tiene implementado. Al final pude activar (después de 20 min intentando y llamando) el punto 2218 plug B y se puso en azul pero ya fuera del parking en la aplicación me pone cargando y no carga nada. Este problema lo he tenido con un Ioniq primera generación 28Kwh
