Todo correcto, he podido activar el punto sin problemas (cobertura Lowi), pero el precio indicado en Electromaps está mal, ya que me han cobrado 0.25€/kWh.
Molt mala cobertura d'Internet. L'única manera d'activar-ho va ser deixant-lo endollat, apuntar-me el número del carregador i sortir del pàrquing per a tenir connexió i activar-ho.
Un año más tarde y siguen los mismos problemas. Apenas hay cobertura en el parking, así que no los puedes activar. La prueba es que siempre están vacíos u ocupados con el cable puesto pero sin cargar. Yo en un año, he entrado ya varias veces a aparcar y solo conseguí cargar una sola vez. En enero del 2020
La carga fue a solo 3,6 kW. Me registré en la app con todos los datos y hasta active la entrada express y un descuento. Pues no valió para nada. Al salir del parking me ponía matrícula no válida, al hablar por el interfono me dicen que mi vehículo no está activado la entrada express ni descuentos. La app le vuelvo a meter los datos y se borran. Un desastre.
Estimado RRAMONCAT. Ruego nos escriba a clientes@empark.es para entender lo ocurrido. En cualquier caso, tiene un interfono junto a la oficina del aparcamiento. Muchos no funcionan y no se activan con la App. Te indican llamar a un interfono que no existe. Y en la garita de atención nunca hay nadie para atender. En el teléfono 24h del parking te indican que no se ocupan de los puntos. Y atención al cliente de Telpark solo funciona en horario de oficina y días laborables. Un desastre de servicio.
