Yesterday morning tried to charge on both but Chademo did not work. my app worked just not the charger. Whilst trying WENEA called me, very helpful and tried to make it work without success. My car worked fine on other chargers so this station had an issue. They sent an Engineer out to look. Thanks Daniel.

Era la primera vez que recargaba mi coche después de comprarlo. Me descargue la APP Wenea, cree un usuario. No están bien identificados los los cargadores, me equivoqué con el cargador y pensé que no funcionaba. Llámame al teléfono de asistencia y enseguida me atendieron muy amablemente y me ayudaron con la carga. Fue un poco lento, pero bien
no se activa el punto.
Los cargadores no responden a la aplicación móvil, y nadie responde al teléfono de contacto.
