We wanted to charge our Tesla S at the Tesla destination charger, and our experience can be summarized like this: -akward access to charging point ( on the other side of the hotel compared to what the map showed) -unclear rules from the hotel for charging. One staff told us we could charge as long as we wanted if we spent 20€ at the bar, others said we could not leave the hotel as long as we charged. At one point we were chased by the doorman... All in all an unpleasant experience and should only be used for emergencies.
Se puede activar con el token de electromaps, pero está entre dos señales de «prohibido aparcar, excepto hotel María Cristina». Incomprensible, pues está en la vía pública.
Desde agosto de 2018 se han instalado dos puntos de recarga del tipo 2 (Mennekes) para vehículos eléctricos, junto al Destination Charger de TESLA. La tarjeta para activarlos está en el hotel, por lo que es necesario ser cliente (haciendo una consumición de 20 euros es suficiente según el conserje del hotel).
Crazy spot for the charger outside, which puts the car in the courtyard of the hotel in the middle of people going in and out of the hotel. Parking is in a public parking underground and you have to circle many blocks around to get in and out, when you are coming or going from the hotel. Plus you need a valet to come with you for the parking card to open the gates and show you your spot. Highly inconvenient and expensive also. But better than not charging at all...
