The chargers are in the supermarket carpark which is restricted to max 2 hours parking if you spend €20+ in the shop. You can not access them when the supermarket is closed. The only way I can work out you can activate the charge is with the Joinon app.....but being from the UK it is not possible to download due to country restrictions...useless!!
