History in the making! This (First of its kind in the USA) "Gas-to-Electric Refueling Station" contains four 200kW High-Power CCS/CHAdeMO chargers, and two 36A Level 2 (J1772) chargers. There is an "EV Driver's Lounge" to relax while charging, and the service shop repairs EVs as well as ICE cars. Downtown Takoma is just a short stroll away for additional shopping and dining options while your car charges. The charging stations are supplied by the Electric Vehicle Institute (EV-I) (Baltimore, Md.), and they are partially funded by a grant from the Maryland Energy Administration.
