No se puede cargar ni con la app móviltik ni con RFID. Dos coches enchufados sin cargar.
Solo funciona 1 que carga a 11Kw el otro a 4Kw. Arregladlo por favor.

La App Moviltik suele fallar en iOS y, si intentas contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente, no lo hagas por teléfono porque no existe nadie al otro lado. Si lo haces por escrito contestarán a las 48h, antes no (y eso si estiman conveniente contestarte). IMPORTANTE: los tres puntos que hay en Picassent sólo cargan a 16A y 3,70 KW máximo.
