Plazas bloqueadas. Solo un coche del ayuntamiento aparcado y cargando y las demás plazas inhabilitadas con conos y vallas. Podrían avisar ANTES de entrar que no están operativas al público.
Fatal. Puntos libres en funcionamiento bloqueados con vallas y conos. Nadie en la oficina. No he podido cargar.

El personal está frente al espacio para vehículos eléctricos, ellos activan el punto de carga con una tarjeta. También te informan que la primera media hora de parking es gratis.
