A día de hoy siguen sin funcionar
Buenos días, Desde Eranovum queríamos informarle que los cargadores aun no se pueden poner en funcionamiento ya que al tratarse de un proyecto de instalación en baja tensión ello lleva un proceso de legalización que no depende únicamente de nosotros. Estamos trabajando para agilizar el trámite lo antes posible. En cuanto estén operativos, le informaremos. Muchas gracias.
Y siguen sin funcionar… Desde noviembre instalados y todavía no saben decirnos cuando los encenderán!
Llevan instalados mas de dos meses, después de hablar con el encargado de consum y con atención al cliente nos dijeron que los activarían la primera quincena de febrero, aquí seguimos esperando... De momento siguen inactivos, estaría bien que los activasen pronto.
