El poste exterior no abre con ninguna tarjeta
Después de asegurarme por teléfono de que iba a poder cargar aquí (único PDR rápido camino de Valencia) cuando llegué resulta que no tenían las tarjetas con las que se activa, y no me dejaron cargar dentro dejándome tirado. Pero no acaba aquí la cosa: cuando el seguro me iba arecoger para llevarme al PDR más cercano, me dijeron que no me cubría el servicio ya que en Renault Teruel les habían dicho que su cargador funcionaba perfectamente, y que era culpa mía si no podía cargar allí. No han entendido de qué va esto del VE. Por cierto pido perdón porque perdí un poco los nervios y alcé un poco la voz... ah! en un bar me dejaron cargar en un schuko un par de horas, con eso conseguí llegar a Valencia a 50 km/h por la autovía jugandome la vida (y la de los otros conductores, esto es responsabilidad mía lo reconozco, pero no sabía qué otra cosa hacer, se me habían acabado las opciones).
En este concesionario es recomendable cargar con tu tarjeta Renault, ellos están acostumbrados a esto. Pues si les pides que activen la carga y lo hacen con la suya, te cobrarán los kw consumidos.
El poste exterior (el rápido) presentaba el problema de que no leía ninguna tarjeta RFID. Se solucionó el fallo reiniciando el poste, bajando y subiendo el automático simplemente. El fallo me lo he encontrado en otros postes Ingeteam, quizá se podría solucionar con actualización firmware. Ojo! Los postes de dentro taller son 20A monofasico, el rápido es el exterior.
