No funciona ningún conector de carga
La estación de carga no funciona, hacen reseteo remoto y sigue sin carga. Se n Voltex no te dan solución alguna, y el personal de la Estación quisieran ayudar pero no saben cómo. Desconocen totalmente el funcionamiento de la estación de carga.
Conector fuera de servicio, se reinician los breakers internos de la estación y no funciona. Totalmente inoperable
Funciona a 6kw, si requieres carga completa planificar para pasar la noche en algún lugar cercano
El cargador tipo 2 solo va a 6kw... Después de un tiempo dejó de andar
pude cargar 6kWh. Sin embargo regresé hoy y no funciona.
La Terpel Voltex Las Palmas de Aguachica está desconectada, los empleados no dan razón ni permiten conectarse al tomacorriente. Gracias a Johany Corredor que tiene la Cabaña Milán a pocos metros, ofrece una conexión a 220 para carga rápida. Lo pueden contactar en el número +57 316 6955542. La cabaña es muy confortable y el señor Jhoany facilita la carga mientras descansas del el viaje.
Sigue igual, la razón posible es que la protección principal del sistema de carga (el breaker) es muy pequeño, y al generarse el pico inicial de la carga se salta.
