Nach einem bangen Wochenende war der „unendliche“ nicht abgeschlossene Ladevorgang in der App verschwunden. Der Betreiber war so kulant und hat die tatsächlichen 45 Minuten Ladezeit nicht abgerechnet. Dafür fünf Sterne! Zu den Äußerungen über das bedienerunfreundliche Minimaldesign der Ladesäulen muss ich aber weiterhin stehen.
Keine Bedienungsanleitung an der Ladestation. Bei hellem Umgebungslicht sehr schlecht lesbare LED Laufschrift mit kryptischen Angaben und Symbolen hinter der mattschwarzen Frontblende und farbige Lichtbalken ohne Erklärung. War nur kurz zum Einkaufen unterwegs und habe den Ladevorgang durch Ausstecken des Kabels abgebrochen. Habe nach Stunden in der Electromaps App festgestellt, dass der Ladevorgang noch läuft. Angegebene Hotline nicht besetzt!
