Es un timo. Parece que hace falta una tarjeta RFID o algo así para activar, pero no lo dice en ningún sitio. Me descargado la app de EDP y he recargado 20€, pero no funciona (da error al intentar cargar). Un auténtico timo. Además, está en el McDonald's, no dónde dice el mapa. El cargador que está en LIDL es igual. Otro timo.
