Carga a 3kW una vez pasados 10 minutos, muy lento y sin ningún otro vehículo aparcado en el resto de cargadores, plaza de aparcamiento muy estrecha si hay más coches cargando

Daba error constantemente en la aplicación de Telpark. He puesto una queja, no se si me contestarán.
Imposible cargar. Con la aplicación Telpark, no para de dar error. He contactado con la persona responsable que hay en el parking y no me ha podido ayudar, dice que él no tiene ni idea. Muy mal.
Imposible arrancar el cargador con la APP. Se queda todo el rato "comunicando". Pésimo servicio de Atencion al Cliente a través de los interfonos. Evitar
Las plazas son muy pequeñas. La app se queda colgada y han tenido que iniciar la carga desde oficina, llamando desde el cajero del parking. Carga máximo a 7KW. Demasiado lento si tienes también en cuenta que pagas el parking

Se carga perfectamente con la aplicación de Telpark
He intentado cargar en diferentes ocasiones y no cargan. Se conecta y al principio parece que carga, pero al volver al rato ves que no ha cogido carga alguna. Me ha pasado en dos ocasiones diferentes.
