La POLICIA LOCAL, en domingo, llamó al electricista del ayuntamiento, que se acercó abrió un cuadro eléctrico que hay en la parte trasera del pabellón polideportivo, apagó el punto de recarga y ya liberó el puerto del poste. Lo dicho, GRACIAS a la policía local y al electricista. MUY MAL ENDESA, en total 6 horas y media esperando a vuestro técnico que NUNCA apareció
Tras hora y media de carga, dejo bloqueado el cable en el poste. Llamada a ENDESA, que nos dice que no puede hacer nada mientras haya otro vehículo cargando en el poste. Una vez que el otro vehículo se va (dos horas más), reinician el poste y no libera el cable. Nos indican que enviarán un técnico)..No saben cuándo, pero lo enviarán. A las 6 horas solicitamos ayuda a la policía local que pasaba con el coche. GRACIAS a la POLICIA LOCAL.

Fuera de servicio. Llamada de “lo sentimos” y poco más. Asi no vamos a ninguna parte
Aunque desde primeros de año ha dejado de ser gratuito
He cargado varias veces sin problemas, pero hoy no he podido desbloquear los conectores con la app. He llamado a EndesaX, me han tenido media hora al teléfono sin que ellos hayan podido desbloquear tampoco. Al final me he ido sin cargar. Excelente trabajo del ayuntamiento, pero enorme erro haber dejado la gestión del PdR a Endesa.
Cuando se ponga en mantenimiento lo mejor es llegar a quien este en el pabellon deportivo y decirle que lo resetee desde el cuadro que esta en la pared a espaldas del punto de carga y vuelve a funcionar.
