Me ha caído una multa por ser de uso municipal. ¿Por qué está en electromaps? ¿Responsabilidad?

no funciona, llamo a Iberdrola y me dicen que es propiedad del ayubtamiento y que no me lo pueden habilitar

Uno de los dos puntos esta KO, se reconoce porque la pantalla no funciona. El acceso a la calle fue para volverse loco, al menos con mi GPS, termine entrando marcha atras.
Uno de los punto no funciona. En el otro el schuko está arrancado. Además, un Zoe puesto en el medio de las dos plazas y sin enchufar!!
Uno de los dos está averiado error 256
Son DOS, con doble toma Schuko-Mennekes (no simultánea). Carga a 11 kW cada uno.
