You need to download the IBERDROLA app first. Unfortunately there seems to be a bug with the application when creating the account , as there is no country option being prompted when entering a Country’s National ID. I’m raising a ticket with them to try to fix that bug in and hopefully this will be solved soon.
No me deja acceder a la carga desde la aplicación a pesar de que el punto está vacío y operativo
